Can I return an item if I change my mind?

If the item hasn’t been worn yet and you want to return the item, this can be done with a full refund but the shipping will be paid by the customer. Please address it to our Bright store and return with the tag and wrapping within 90 days.

Yes, if you purchased an item via our online site you can return it to our store. If you wish to just exchange it for another size or style this can be arranged but shipping will be charged if we have to post it to you.

Yes, if you’ve simply purchased the wrong size or want to exchange it for another color (as long as you haven’t worn the garment) then contact us and we can arrange an exchange.

We send all of our online and in store orders via Australia post using compostable mailers standard post which also means that we can post to any P.O boxes in Australia.

If your parcel has not arrived and you believe it’s lost in transit, please lodge an enquery with Australia Post using the tracking number we provide you. Once an item is sent and in their system, there isn’t much more we can do but you’re welcome to contact us and we can try help.

We’ve opted to have a flat rate price for shipping of $9 Australia wide and $20 for international rates.

Many of our online products are ready to ship, in this case we send orders out within 1-2 days and usually allow one week for shipping time. 

Orders that need to be made (DIY Hoodies) can take up to 4 weeks for production then the usual shipping timeframe.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
