Our cotton fleece shorts are the summer version of our Leg Hoodies. We cut them using the same shaping we use across that range. We just shortened the leg and swapped the fabric for something lighter. You can choose between two cuts. A fitted style has a shorter leg and smaller pocket, while a classic cut runs slightly longer.
Both cuts sit in our classic comfort fit, with two side pockets and a section of ribbing along the base. A small emblem sits stitched into the side pocket. An elastane rib top keeps the waistband flexible through the day. We weave and dye the fleece fabric right here in Melbourne, Victoria. Then we stitch every pair at our own store in Bright, Victoria. That local chain keeps the whole process close to home, from fabric to finished pair.
We make these shorts from 100% Australian cotton, sourced from Good Earth Cotton, a carbon-positive Australian cotton grower. That means the raw fibre in every pair actually helps restore the land it grows on. Expect around 5% shrinkage in length on the first wash. Always use a cold machine wash to keep the fit true. The model shown is wearing a Small Classic and stands 177cm tall. That gives you a real reference point for sizing.
If you already own a pair of our Leg Hoodies, you’ll recognise the fit straight away. These cotton fleece shorts give you the same feel for warmer weather. Pull on the classic cut for a slightly longer leg. Or go fitted if you prefer something shorter and closer to the body. These are a classic width cut, perfect for anyone after a comfy wear. Features two side pockets and a flat stitched waist band to avoid them sitting bulky over hips. Also has a small cuff at base to pull them in at the base.
