every one million dollars of locally produced goods creates 10 more jobs for our economy

We believe that being Australian made goes beyond beating other brands on quality, it becomes more about protecting our local economy. For every million dollars produced in Australia, its 10 extra jobs created, thousands more in revenue to build out hospitals etc.
We're struggling as our economy has moved away from making anything, next time you pick up an overpriced tee from a label brand or better yet- one from a brand like Quicksilver that used to make here- think about how much more it would mean knowing that a local crew from near that store got paid to make it, that money bringing them a stable income that puts food on their table.

We have our official seal of Australian made authenticity, so what do they say about Australian Made? New research from Roy Morgan reveals 73% of Australians would be willing to buy more Australian-made products to avoid reliance on imports, with seven in ten (72%) willing to pay more for locally-made goods. The trusted Australian Made logo bearing the iconic green and gold kangaroo is one of the most recognised logos in Australia. It is used by around 4,500 businesses to promote their home-grown status. These businesses represent approximately 40,000 jobs and generate a combined annual revenue of around $8 billion.

ESPIRE started as a joint venture between Jane & Balin. Balin learning from his mothers’ (Jane) wealth of knowledge from decades of experience with Australian manufacturing and combining it with his passion for sustainability and circular business concept.

Garments should fit you, this is something that should be industry standard, clothing companies should PRODUCE clothing, not just “design” it. We offer custom adjustments, product builders and free repairs for life on wear and tear. Every company should do this.

Australia is country that nowadays has lost the ability to create garments. But we, along with many others, believe that in reviving this sector will help create a stronger local economy for everyone , if done correctly.
